It was my pleasure and honor to return this morning to Varney & Co. on the Fox Business TV Channel.  I spoke with Stuart Varney about the critical trends affecting the investment and real estate markets in 2022, 2023, and beyond. I was pleased to be able to offer a bit of my insight on the most critical indicators affecting people’s investments. 

Due to the time shortage, I wasn’t able to explain how savvy investors can capitalize on tremendous opportunities to create generational wealth while protecting themselves and their assets from the impending economic storm on the horizon!

2022 is going to be the most volatile and devastating year in modern Commercial Real Estate history… and the people who know what they’re doing will make more money than they ever imagined.

But it will devastate portfolios and the lives of many people who don’t know how to navigate these extremely turbulent waters… while a few people who know what to do, and know what not to do, could make a fortune that their children’s children will enjoy.

Single tenant credit net lease arrangements have literally become the most sought-after category in commercial real estate overall.  And I believe that the key is a quality location. This is what will ideally set you apart from the rest.

I'm going to talk to you about the scoring model that I've developed so you can find the choice properties and know whether or not your property can stand out from the rest of the crowd. We have many people bringing us properties like this from all over North America every single month, and some of you may already have sites that can be optimized for single tenant credit net leases, but you're simply not thinking about them that way. You're more or less constrained by what's there or what has been there. And in my mind, we're going to help you start to think creatively, and you're going to be a lot better off when you start to understand how these work together, not only for you, but for the benefit of the retailers and the users in the community.
